Service Description

A fun and fierce practice to activate your deep core power and prepare you for flight! We will approach and explore: Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), and Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana). You will need a set of yoga blocks, and a bolster or pillow.
